 Q: Do I have to arrive at 10am for the event?

A: The event start at 10am and ends at 8pm. We intend for the time span to be open house style so you can come and go as you please.

Q: Where do I pick up my packet/badge?

A: We will have a customer service desk located at The Boundary (1932 W Division St, Chicago, IL 60622)  all day for all of your packet pick up and customer service needs.

Q: How do I enter a promo code?

A: On the eventbrite ticket page please scroll down and you will see a field to enter in your promo code.

Q: What do we wear to Chicago Christmas Crawl?

A: Holiday Attire is suggested. We put together this video for your review.

Q: Why do I have to purchase a ticket?

A: The ticket price is for the organization (cleanup/security/etc) of the event as well as all the specials that will be available. You also will have a packet pickup for your badge, props, and Christmas hat at The Boundary. The specials are ONLY for people whom have purchased tickets and the bars are also reserved for our event. We have special security for the event whom will be checking badges. All of these costs add up with special approvals needed from the city for production.

Q: Can I get a refund for my ticket?

A: While we do not offer refunds, we will be more then happy to transfer your ticket to another name.
